Yili Dairy and Haidilao create a milky hot pot

Hot Pot restaurant chain Haidilao and dairy giant Yili have collaborated to launch an innovative hotpot combo called "奶嘶锅（NICE）on food delivery platform Eleme. “This unique creation combines Yili skimmed milk with Haidilao's hotpot base, resulting in a delightful flavour combination that blends the spiciness of traditional hotpot with the creamy taste of milk. The inspiration for this pairing came from the popular spicy milk pot offered by Haidilao in overseas markets, but with the addition of skimmed milk to mellow out the spiciness. The novelty of this flavour profile has caught the attention of the general public, sparking social discussions. The name "奶嘶" directly refers to the special milk-infused texture of the dish while also cleverly sounding like the word "nice," making this experience more universally appealing.
