SIAL Shanghai was first launched in 2000, and has since become one of the largest and most important food and beverage trade shows in the world. 5,000 exhibitors show off their latest food innovations to around 180,000 visitors, providing a great opportunity to stay attuned to what is trending in the sector in China. China Skinny walked through every hall of the exhibition and identified six big trends that are applicable to China’s dynamic food and beverage category.
