This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof

Trackers’ Data

You shall have full access to the Tracker products (dairy, skincare, beauty, supplement, and brand health) you have subscribed to for the duration of your paid subscription. After your paid subscription period has finished, you will no longer have any access to the Tracker product and data therein.

For all of our online tools and Trackers, you acknowledge:

  • While we have taken necessary action to ensure the information and insights from our Tools and Trackers are high by industry standards, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions resulting from the processing and analysis of this information. All information within the Tools and Trackers is provided "as is" with no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, or results obtained from using this information.

  • Under no circumstances shall China Skinny or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary losses, damages or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with access to the use of our Tools or Trackers, or any advice related to the Tools or Trackers such as our reporting or analysis, including but not limited to paid reporting, webinars, articles, or consulting sessions.

  • While we have systems that crawl and deliver required data within the specified time mentioned your subscription, we are not responsible for any delays that might occur due to circumstances outside of our control (i.e platform’s security measures, Chinese internet security laws, etc…)

For our AI driven Brand Health Tracker, you acknowledge:

  • While the accuracy of the sentiment tool is high by industry standards, it shall NOT be taken as 100% accurate. We are not responsible for and will not have any liability for any losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with your business decisions after using our tools.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
